The current email alert that is sent when a flight plan is filed says something like “NXXXX has just filed a flight plan. It is scheduled to depart from Lovell Field (KCHA) at 01:30PM EDT Monday heading for George M Bryan (KSTF) for an estimated arrival at 02:01PM CDT.” in the body.
It would be very helpful to include the city and state of the departing and arriving airports in this email.
The email could then read something like:
“NXXXX has just filed a flight plan. It is scheduled to depart from Lovell Field - KCHA (Chattanooga, TN) at 01:30PM EDT Monday heading for George M Bryan - KSTF (Starkville, MS) for an estimated arrival at 02:01PM CDT.” in the body.
