Blah blah blah. AA going to SEA. Blah Blah Blah.
Geez, don’r sound so enthusiastic!
It’s being deemed Nerdbird two, as nerdbird one is the AUS-SJC flight.
Does it seem like when American opens a new route such as this SEA/AUS one, they almost always use the MD80 as the initial aircraft. I realize they have a lot of them but you’d think they would try to use the aircraft that are more efficient such as the 737-800 on new routes.
(I’m talking about domestic, contiguous states only - not routes to Hawaii, Europe, Latin America, or Asia.)
Yeah that would make sense but 99% of their 738s are based out of MIA.
