Must not have been too bad; they flew two more legs with the gov on board.

Wow! Good thing nobody was hurt. :open_mouth: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OWuPmGPBW8o&feature=PlayList&p=0BE3DAD1C1A55AF7&p I’m not sure when this happened, but it is interesting.

Emergency Landing - King Air - YouTube)

Could have been worse.

Id hate to see what their fuel burn looked like at 10,000

I posted the same thing???

Oops. Probly shoulda checked out the link. At least we had the same thought. I’m not sure that happened either. But it sure is similar. I wonder if there was an AD that was ignored. Or if there is an AD to come?

Great minds think alike!

N777AJ (another King Air 200) accident on 02/02/2007.

Click here for NTSB probable cause for this event involving a cracked windshield. Given the decision to depressurize, the descent and recovery following the crew’s loss of consciousness was a remarkable outcome.
Isn’t that the same one?
It seems the wording of my post contained some ambiguity.

N777AJ is the King Air 200 in the YouTube video cited above. N121TD is the King Air 200 that is the original subject of this discussion. So … 777AJ was “another King Air 200” that experienced a cracked windshield.

What is it with Idaho politicians and aviation? :smiling_imp:

I don’t know, I guess airplanes don’t like “yankees”!
