Pretty sure that’s a 208B not a 209B like the paper said
That is a 208. Looking at the top of the 208, between the wing and the tail it is flat/smooth, whatever you want to call it, the 209’s is not. Kinda has a bubble in it. And the landing gear is taller on a 208. And the main thing that tells us it is a 208, the FA link says C208/G. 
Ahhh yes, the mythical Cessna 209. Yet another internet sensation.
