Greetings to all FlightAware users (both private and public beta).
One way or another, the FlightAware site was unveiled to the public early this evening. The incredible amount of traffic to the site is certainly a positive sign and it’s great to see all the inbound links and posts about FlightAware to message boards and usenet groups.
I hope that everyone enjoys all the functionality, but please continue to remember that this is a beta site; it’s still actively under development and there a handful of back-end issues as well as usability issues that people are going to run across.
Most of the issues we’re aware of, but feel free to bring anything you find or experience in these forums and we’ll address all the issues and concerns one way or another as we work towards the first production release.
