It would be helpful if I could (re-)name the tail number with an alias I create and the app remembers it. I watch a couple fleet operators closely and this would be quite helpful. N1234P, N987Q I could label as “Sac” and “Napa” for example. FA would still always have the underlying N-number, so if a stationed aircraft swapped locations- I would simply update the alias. Make sense?

I have a similar request for an added feature under the My FlightAware → Manage → Manage My Aircraft section.

It would be nice to be able to tag each aircraft with a nickname or user-modifiable description. This would assist with grouping and sorting aircraft.
