I have an equipment with the 5.5 version firmware, i saw a newest model with 6.2 version firmware, my equipment and others (same age) is going to receive this upgrade?

Yes. The older hardware will be getting the version 6 updates.
Once the two hardware version can run on the same software the older FlightFeeder will not be behind in updates.
