Unclaimed Flightfeeder accounts cluttering up nearest sites tab

Since some months, there are a lot of unclaimed filghtfeeder accounts showing up near my location (Munich), which makes the nearest sites tab largely unusable. The unclaimed sites are very near, about 2 km, and report very few activity.

The nearest sites tab is now limited to view only one other active user nearby. Other users in the Munich area will have the same restriction.
Is there anything which can be done about it, because I would like to compare results with other flightaware users in the same area.

I think you are close to where flightfeeders for Europe are tested and distributed.

Well, that’s a good explanation, however the nearest site view will then not be not really useful in this area.

Yes, but a change seems unlikely, unfortunately.
