i have not been able to get flightaware to work for several days. i get the message above. am i doing something wrong? have been using the program for years and love it! :unamused:

Looks like the ā€œ**Solution preparation failed and was logged for FlightAware to review. **ā€ error is back. Has not worked for the last 24 hours. Itā€™s back to FltPlan.com for me. At least I know that my flight plan **will **be filled correctly.

I am also having the solution preparation failed errorā€¦can anyone shed light on this problem or its solution??

I have an update on the ā€œsolution preparation failedā€ error I was getting.

I discovered, that at least in my personal case, I get the ā€œsolution preparation failedā€ error every time I try to plan a flight with an alternate airport selected.

If I leave the alternate airport field blank, I will not get the ā€œsolution preparation failedā€ error.
