Error "FlightAware refuses to connect"

I have an API that we have used for 6 years with no issues. This morning the map is not showing on my website and the error message is “Flightaware.com refuses to connect”. Invoices are all current and account is active. Nothing has changed at my end and customer support sent me here to see if someone can help. Sigh.

Which API are you using?
