Hi Maybe someone might be able to help

A while ago I saw a small aircraft online that had room for two people, a single jet engine mounted above the cabin, folding wings and was designed for sport

No it was not the Icon A5 and I have done plenty of searching with no success

Only thing I can think of along those lines is the SubSonex, but that’s a single-place airplane and the wings don’t fold - though there are other related designs that are two-place (Sonex) or have folding wings (Onex).
