Service Reliability Issues: 500/503 Http Status Responses

Hello,

I’m posting some (just not to put all) recent server requests to your service that have failed, even 503 Service Temporary Unavailable and 500 Internal Server errors:
Logs from December only (hours are in Europe/Lisbon timezone):

Are still these requests being billed?
Also, this ticket I’ve created long time ago with no feedback of its resolution: MapFlightEx returns 200/OK but empty , how are you guaranteeing service reliability by also not billing failed request because of your server problems?

This was the result of some internal slowness on our systems that was resolved shortly after the last timestamp shown here. The requests shown here that returned a 500 series error did not result in a billable request.
