FlightInfoStatus 502 Bad Gateway

Hi,

Can you please help me trying to find out what happened with these requests?

Can you check you server logs at this time?
Datetimes present in this log are in Europe/Lisbon timezone.

Does this happen with out FlightXML3 calls? This is probably a network or proxy error on your side while attempting to connect to our servers. Try using http instead of https and see if the error is the same. Check your proxy settings, or ask your network administrator to investigate.

This error occurred only in those dates, from my logs. Could that be also problem in your servers in those instance times? Did you received my requests at those times? user is msousajit.

I think I’m having the same problem. Both yesterday and today I keep getting 500, 502 & 503 HTTP errors when I make requests. Some requests will go through and other won’t. Most of the time it is the exact same request. Yesterday I just assumed there were issues with FlightAware servers (as that is what those error messages imply). But when I called, the IT person said there are no issues.

Nice to someone else is having the problem.
Below is example: I added print statement for when request is made. Multiple request returned without isssue then all of a sudden 502 error

I’ve opened a bug internally to investigate this issue. Requests that are being returned with HTTP 502 in the posted examples are not being counted against any subscription allocation.

This should now be resolved. If you observe otherwise when making FlightXML requests please let us know.
