If anyone wonders, that’s supposed to be announcing the next bus line number that’s coming into the bus station and estimated time until that arrival.

Reminds me of the last time I went on holiday from Heathrow airport. There were a number of information screens in the terminal stuck on the Windows boot screen with a ‘system device could not be found’ message.
