I just downloaded and installed PiAware 11 software and I would like to run Pi Connect but it will not function in the Screen sharing mode. It keeps telling me it cannot connect but it does connect using the Remote Shell mode. Can anyone tell me how I can get this to work and be able to use Pi Connect?

Just a guess, but it looks like your newest station is running from a Piaware SD-card image. I believe those still use the Pi Os lite version of the operating system which does not have a desktop environment. If that’s still true, it would be impossible to connect to a shared desktop that doesn’t exist.
I haven’t used a FA SD-card image in years, so that might have changed. I always run the official Pi OS lite versions and do everything headless through ssh.
I believe it is possible to add the desktop features to a lite version of the OS, and believe that has been discussed here before. If you want the desktop, you could also start over with the official full Pi OS (with desktop) and then add the FA package installs to it like your other system seems to have.

As Dan says, the FA SD-card image is great to get you going quickly, but if you like to play, you’ll out grow it fairly quickly.
Starting with a PiOS install and adding the Piaware package on top will give you the most options.
Install using the RPi-Imager allows almost all basic settings to be configured before you write the image, so it can be useful on first boot (you can run headless and continue the setup with Connect or SSH if you enabled it at the start).
