Flight was diverted due to medical emergency on April 22. Not sure what happened but the fellow did not make it.

Saw this also. Due to the length of the diversion, the amount of closer airports that were passed, and the fact I’ve seen this same flight (well, QF8) do a diversion like this before, it seems mechanical. But I’m just speculating.
