One problem can be that typical cellphone chargers might claim to be, say, 5V 2A but they don’t actually sustain 5V once you start drawing power. This doesn’t matter for cellphone charging but it really does matter for the Pi. The best bet is to get a power supply that is specifically intended for use with a Pi.
A Pi + prostick isn’t actually going to draw anything like 2A…
