PP share to FA

I’m getting through to PP but not sharing to FA. This AM share code was changed Sw and now is “j7”. Can you update please Carl “hiflyer7” Thanks

We’ve been corresponding via Support and this is now resolved.

For the benefit of others, if the PP Share Code gets changed, for whatever reason, the new one needs to be Registered:

flightaware.com/adsb/register

i know this may be a boundary condition issue, but…If your Planeplotter sharecode is changed by a Windows Fupdate for example and PP updates your account to revert to your original sharecode, what happens to the registration on the FA side?
Disclosure: My PP code is xm which maps to site 407, both to which I am partial.

If the new PP Share Code is replaced by COAA with the previous one and the new one hasn’t been registered with FlightAware, sharing should continue as before with the original Share Code.
