Possibility of a time stamp on map (not relating to weather)

There is already a weather time stamp, but what about a live tracking data time stamp? It would be of great use when you see a plane fly over your head and want to know more about it. At the moment it’s pretty much a guess-timation game of comparing arrival/departure times at nearby airports and gauging how old the live tracking data is.

I am aware of the ~5 minute delay, but that figure is too approximate for the described purposes.

When looking at the map of flights in your area, can’t you approximate which plane is the one you’re interested in and gain the plane’s info by placing you cursor over it?

Otherwise I’m afraid I don’t understand what you’re asking for.
