Pi will not update to latest version

I’ve gone into my stats page and notice that I have a message that an update is available to go from 7.1 to 8.2. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to update when click on the upgrade and reboot button. Here are what my logs are showing me. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, update doesn’t work.

Using the gui PiAware version simply doesn’t change, and a manual upgrade via SSH i get this:

How can we change the repository to be able to perform the upgrade?
Current version is:

!!! I periodically checked for update, so i thought that 9.11 was the latest one and not three OS releases old.

Anyways: thanks, i’ll perform the full reinstall whenever possible.
