Flights appear on Flight Aware that were not flown. Two flights to the same place are shown at two different times, one was real and the other was never flown. What’s going on?
The owner thinks someone has been doing flights in his airplane without his knowledge. 
There are, uh, quite a lot of flights to choose from. You’re going to have to narrow it down.
I see this bug often with Envoys flights as American Eagle, the ENY flight will track but the AAL never tracks and has a separate identity in FA.
I believe this may be a different issue than what the original poster was citing. The ENY/AAL issue has been resolved as of today.
