Permission to use photos?

Does anyone need permission to use photos posted here on FlightAware? A news station here in Shreveport, Louisiana did a news story today about a local pilot here. When they showed a picture of his airplane, it was one that I photographed and had posted here. You could see the FlightAware watermark but there was no “photo courtesy of” caption. I’m not looking for my name on tv, but “photo courtesy of FlightAware.com” or something like that would have been good. Any answers?

Can you post a link(y) to the story?

Here is the link: ksla.com/Global/story.asp?S=9690250 This is the text of the story. I emailed the news station and they said they would put the video link at the top of the page.

There is a little red video camera link at the top of the story: ksla.com/global/story.asp?s=9690250 The story is about a pilot who hit a buzzard in a Cessna 210.
