The graphs have the Y axis labeled as operations/hour however the X axis plots times between hours so what does the Y axis really show? Is it a running average? Are the X axis data points every x minutes and each point shows the operations for just that period (if so then the Y axis units is not operations per hour). 
The graphs are a running count of operations in the last hour.
