We noticed that we received the actual block in alert before we reached the gate. We went to the site and saw the same numbers. about 10 minutes after we blocked in the website updated. We didn’t see an alert for the update. Does the API send out updates on corrections? This would be ideal if we could get them. These situations are rare and it would be more cost-effective to pay for one alert rather than call 15 minutes for every flight. We have processed over 1000 alerts so far and this is the first time we have seen this.
