I use collectd + rrdtools to plot these graphs. There is an automated script to install dump1090-mutability + collected & rrdtools (also known as Web Portal) + piaware data feeder + planefinder data feeder + adsbexchange data feeder. You can choose what ever from the above list you want to install.
