need some help association piaware with my account.

Hello,
i had piaware running sucessfully on my home ISP.
when i moved it to work i could not seem to get it to associate
with my account. i can see the data using dump1090’ built in webserver but i cant claim the reciever on Flightaware.com.
it was previoulsy claimed on my account, but i removed it when troubleshooting and now cant get it back.

any help?

Have you discussed this with your network/firewall administration staff? It’s quite possible that they’re blocking the communications.

I still can’t see any of my stats or my stats page. If it is feeding I can’t tell.
