Messed up enterprise account

Hi,

I have a very old account that seems completely messed up. Every time I try to reset the password, it redirects me to the “claim username” page. I can’t log in to the application or anywhere else except through the reset password link. Worse, I set up PiAware, and it got claimed by this account, displaying my personal email as the site name.

I created a new account with a different email, but now I need to unclaim my PiAware from the old account and claim it with the new one. I don’t see any unclaim option. I tried emailing support but haven’t received a reply yet.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Try the following to move your feeder to your new account:

After 24 hrs you should get an option on your old account to remove the old feeder id.

New got a reply from support but @LawrenceHill trick worked perfectly so I could claim my feeder immediately. Thank you!
