Can anyone explain what the different colors of the “Nearby Airports” map overlay indicate?
There are green, blue, red, purple, orange, white, and perhaps more.
I could not find anything addressing this in the FAQ. Weather status? Traffic volume? Delays? None of these made sense based on what was displayed.

They are the METAR flight categories (“Flt Cat”). See AWC - Graphical Forecasts for Aviation
