Invalid API KEY

Hello,

I recently cancelled my AeroAPI subscription, but the subscription was still paid and active until next month. However, after cancelling, my API key became invalid and I can no longer access the API.

I expected that I would still have access until the end of my current billing period, since it has already been paid for. Instead, access was disabled immediately upon cancellation.

Could someone please clarify whether this behavior is expected, and if it is possible to restore access until the already-paid period ends?

AeroAPI is always billed at the end of the month (generally on the 1st of the following month), based on actual usage. Thus it is never pre-paid. If you cancel mid-month, while the API key is disabled immediately, the minimum monthly fee charges (if usage is low - below the min monthly fee) will also be prorated accordingly.
Note: You can re-enable your key at any time, and when the first billing occurs (on the first of the following month), the min monthly fee will be pro-rated accordingly.
