I am trying to activate a new AeroAPI Personal subscription.
Account & Billing shows Subscription: None and my correct credit card.
Manage Subscription allows me to select Personal and accept the Personal licence, but Save Changes returns “Something went wrong and we are unable to process your request at this time.”
My API Keys table is completely empty. Selecting Add API Key briefly displays a loading spinner but no key is created.
However, if I return to the AeroAPI pricing page and select Get Started under Personal, FlightAware tells me that I already have one or more AeroAPI keys and directs me back to the Developer Portal, where the API Keys table remains empty.
This looks similar to the current August 2026 Subscription: None / account-provisioning issues reported by other AeroAPI users. Could somebody from FlightAware please check the AeroAPI subscription and API-key linkage/provisioning on my account?
We apologize for our delayed response. We were troubleshooting some issues that new users were encountering. Have you tried accessing or refreshing your account recently? Our records indicate that your API Key should be available for use under the My AeroAPI tab.
We did not locate an active AeroAPI subscription under your account. If you are able to, please log into your account and select the tier you wish to subscribe to. You can learn more about our Personal, Standard, and Premium tiers here. If you are not able to select a tier on your own, then please contact General Support at support@flightaware.com for more assistance. Please provide them with the username or primary email address associated with your account and the desired tier.
Thank you, I will do that because when I try to subscribe it tells me I already have a API key, then when I go to that page and I try to subscribe, I get this
