Most likely it’s gonna be an improvement. How much of an improvement depends on your dongle and if you have hills near you which would block the view.
If the horizon is basically at your elevation and the antenna has a clear view it will most likely be an improvement.
Anyway i don’t know the quality of the antenna so it is hard to tell.
But pretty much everything is an upgrade over unmodified magbase antennas.
