Episode 17.7 in air crash investigations

I watched it a few weeks ago.
It shows what happens with good training and a bit of luck.
A very similar situation to the current 737Max issue.

The description of the actual incident here reminds me of the Crichton book “Airframe”, that is the violent pitch oscillations.
