How would I clean out and re-do - Linux Newby

Im only ok with Linux … and I think I have two dump1090s in there the hand load and the piaware auto. Reason is when I do a rtl-test I get errors but its all running ok. I dont have a card reader to erase and do a mirror so What would I do to delete it all and reload it?

RTL Test error and I have the blacklist file.

Kernel driver is active, or device is claimed by second instance of librtlsdr.
In the first case, please either detach or blacklist the kernel module
(dvb_usb_rtl28xxu), or enable automatic detaching at compile time.

It is normal for rtl_test to fail in that way if you have dump1090 running.
Only one program may use the SDR dongle at a time.
