I receive a message that an email address has opted out of alerts while I attempt to establish a new flight alert. How do I opt-in for that email address to correct this?
I still have not received an answer to my question on how to opt-in to alert messages.
We have a ticket opened to the development team and will be in touch when we hear back from them on a resolution.

Sorry for the delay. The developers still have the ticket. Hopefully I can get some insight within the next week.
Any updates? I have the same issue and can’t find an answer in the FAQ.
I had this problem and was able to fix it.
Click on the account tab, scroll down to “E-Mail Preferences” and unblock the “3rd Party Alert Blocking.”
I now get alerts again. Hope this helps whoever googles this.
