How do we Search all live, active, airborne flights by Airline

Hello,
What is the simplest, fastest and most cost-effective (cheapest) way to search all active, airborne flights by airline and have the results returned with the active Flight Number (ICAO and/or IATA code)?
Your thoughts, feedback and answers are much appreciated!
