I think the best value way to do this is get the rtl-sdr preamp and put it in a waterproof box. I used a small electrical junction box that cost about £4 from Amazon. It’s been up for 2 years now with no problems. [image] Power is fed from a bias-t at the receiever.

Try searching for “waterproof” it should show a few of them.
