Getting permision denied in every query

Everytime I try to do a query (FlightInfoEx) with my python script i get this respnse for the server:

{‘error’: ‘couldn't open “/var/db/flightaware/flightxml/chargedata-zevax-20190313-22.log”: permission denied’}

does anyone knows what it might be?

The script worked well last week.
