One of my clients has found an issue with TAM8065 (MAD-GRU); it doesn’t appear in FXML3 AirportBoard results until after it departs MAD.
Other data providers show future scheduled flights for TAM8065; your website doesn’t ( https://flightaware.com/live/flight/TAM8065 ).
Please advise.
That flight is outside of our primary coverage area so data quality will tend to be lower. One of the strategies that we use to improve user experience in certain areas of low coverage to is to defer adding flight plans until we have positive confirmation of departure, which is what is occurring there.
