Foreign Reg Aircraft not showing on Flight Tracking

Hi:

One of our aircraft, CL60 reg MNOLA has been flying in the US for the past couple of weeks, yet it cannot be tracked. Today it flew KSAN-KRNO at 8 am PDT.

Any ideas?
