FlightXML2 push notification sometimes not working

we have set up an alert for LH1993 today 07.01.
alert id is 28258038.

but no posts have been done for this flight.

for other flights we have received the data.

Hello,

It looks like LH1933 is occasionally operated as CL1993. This resulted in the alert watching for the CL1993 version when LH1933 flew on that day. We have some improvements for handing these cases in alerts that should hopefully be released sooner rather than later.
