Not really. Until the FAA combines their operating certificates, the flights will show up in ATC as CHQ, RPA, or FFT.

and actually they won’t be combining the operating certificates.

The only change is that YX as a marketing carrier is being retired and all flights will be exclusively sold as F9 flights using the F9 reservations system.

Behind the scenes what makes this a bit more interesting is that the majority of those job functions are actually remaining in Milwaukee.
