Boeing test flight I would bet.

He had fun at the end of the flight - two 400 knot passes low over the airport! At least that’s what the track and chart shows.

I agree that it was likely a test flight. There are a number of F-15’s on order showing as in MO. It was likely this one. F-15SA 12-1057 Boeing on order FMS Lambert-St Louis IAP MO
