Do not get any flight alerts

Hello,

After briefly disabling the XML2 key and attempting to use XML3, I returned to XML2 and we do not get any flight alerts, even though we registered to get any alerts.
Please note that this occurs for all flights we now attempt to follow.

Please advise.

Your user account only has 1 recent alert, but it is not currently enabled (WZZ2328 from 2018-09-06 to 2018-09-07). If you want to receive alerts, it needs to be enabled have and an ending date that is not in the past.
