Hi,
I was looking at Delta flight 1125 from Atlanta Hartsfield to NYC LaGuardia and it appears to have turned around over Maryland and has just completed a circle. A/c is a B763. Does anyone know what happened?
BTW, I didn’t know LaGuardia could take B767s.

Aircraft has gone off the Flightaware radar from KBWI and KIAD it looks like.

Flying in a racetrack pattern like that is usually a hold from ATC.
Fly.faa.gov says:
Due to WEATHER/WIND and WEATHER/WIND, there is a Traffic Management Program in effect for traffic arriving La Guardia Airport, New York, NY (LGA). This is causing some arriving flights to be delayed an average of 48 minutes.
