Diversion Alert Question

Hello,

I have the following alert set up:

Description: Any flight is arriving CYWG
Enabled: Checked
Diverted: Checked

VIR8 (KLAX to EGLL) diverted to CYWG on Aug 14, 2009, but I didn’t receive an alert. Am I misinterpreting how this type of alert works?

Diversion alerts are for diversions away from an airport, not to an airport.
