Hi, hope that you guys will be able to help sort a problem out for me.
We were flying with Westjet from Halifax to Grande Prairie via Calgary on November 9th 2022.
The flight into Calgary was on time, so we had lots of time to make the connecting flight, but at check in for WS 3179 we were told that we had been bumped off the flight, we went to collect our luggage only to be told your cases just left on WS 3179 !!! we haven’t seen out luggage since 
The problem we are having is, we made a claim to our travel insurance company telling them that the cases went without us on flight WS 3179 (the last flight of the day) they’ve got back to us telling us that flight didn’t take place !!!
I got their letter today, days too late to check the 3 month flight history on my limited membership
I’d really appreciate it if someone would check if WS 3179 that last flight of the day to Grande Prairie on the 9th November did actually take place.
