Could not find existing flight

Hello,

On July 8th, we’ve attempted to search for flight number 891 with airline 6h (Israir Airlines) from TLV to TBS, but did not get any results.

Is there a possibility to know why no results were returned?

Could you please let us know which endpoint and what ident parameter was used? FlightXML returns results most reliably if ICAO airline codes are used. If the IATA airline code 6H891is used it is unlikely results would be returned. Querying the ICAO ISR891 should have returned a normal result set.
