Enhancements to Dump978 (UAT decoder)

There probably isn’t a way to update the ADS-B receiver project install automatically without modifying the install script and re-installing. Line 147 of the dump978.sh would need to be updated to have “git clone GitHub - KeyserSoze1/dump978: Experimental demodulator/decoder for UAT on 978MHz”
