Cessna 303 Down Near South Bend

A Cessna 303 carrying four crashed this evening shortly after takeoff from SBN. The wreckage was found about 10 miles southwest of SBN, and all four onboard have been confirmed dead. Weather was marginal at the time with estimated visibility at 5 miles, mist, and 700 overcast. Witnesses report hearing an engine sputter, but as of this writing, there is no official probable cause. PIREPS to South Bend Approach in the last few hours indicate none-trace icing.

The flight is shown as arrived, but unfortunately that is not the case as the track clearly shows. My condolences to the families of all those onboard.
