Just updated to 3.1.0 - without a problem (on a new micro SD card). It booted up immediately and started sending information. However, when I click on “web interface: view live data” — it simply will not connect. I have rebooted both the Pi and my main PC, with no changes. still cannot see the map.
What did I do wrong??? I thought (silly me!) after the 3.0.4 updates it would be simple!!! I did turn off the wired connection and ‘yes’ to the wireless, with the appropriate name and password - it IS working. But I cannot connect to the map…
Not sure why - but now it is working properly. Never mind! I’m thinking the host computer had not yet linked to the system, and my raspberry pi was a bit behind.
If it makes any difference, I noticed the same thing when I went from 3.0.4 to 3.1.0 image. My system didn’t react the way I expected it to for about 20 to 30 minutes until everything settled out.
I don’t know why the upgrade of the image (3.0.4 to 3.1.0) should react like it did, but mine did, and I used a running system. i.e. no new micro-SD card.
